奧運女子高球進行第一輪的比賽，兩位台灣女將都有優異表現，龔怡萍抓下4隻小鳥，以低於標準桿4桿的67桿，暫時並列第3，盧曉晴則是以-1的70桿並列第19，泰國好手艾莉雅（Ariya）則是打出低於標準桿6桿的65桿，單獨居於領先。
